DELIVERY COST
Delivery cost is free for the Retroflex and Comfort Crank products only. We generally use Royal Mail and reputable couriers for delivery, with appropriate insurance and tracking.

DELIVERY TIME
UK: TPS – 6 weeks, Retroflex – 5 to 10 working days
Overseas: 10 to 15 working days

DELIVERY COMMUNICATION
Once your order is dispatched we will communicate with you via email, or your preferred communication, that the item has been dispatched along with the tracking number, if applicable. Please ensure that you are available for delivery when you are notified by the courier of the date and time your item will be delivered.
